Delivery & Pick Up
SHIPPING
Once you have completed your online purchase, we will process your order and contact you to advise delivery lead times and arrange delivery to your address within our designated NSW service area. Some product orders will be placed with a Manufacturer and may take up to 6-12 weeks to produce, others will be in stock and available for immediate delivery or ex warehouse which could take 2-3 weeks. Delivery lead times quoted are given in good faith, Furniture One is not responsible for delays by a manufacturer or Importer.
SERVICE AREA:
We currently offer online purchasing with direct delivery service to specific areas within NSW. If your delivery address falls outside our current service area, we will redirect your enquiry to your nearest Furniture One store who will be able to assist you with your order.
DELIVERY OPTION:
Once a delivery date has been scheduled, please make sure someone is available to receive your order at your designated delivery address as charges for every re-delivery attempt may occur.
STORE PICK UP OPTION:
Store pick up is available for customers who have been directed to a local Furniture One store because their address falls outside our designated NSW delivery area. Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready for collection and arrange a suitable time for you to pick up your order from their location.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS:
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify Furniture One immediately, by email furnitureone@furnitureone.com.au or by calling 02 4208 5500. Furniture One will take care in packaging items and inspect all stock before delivery for faults. Furniture One reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty and will work with the customer to rectify the problem or possibly repair or replacement the product.
PRICING:
Furniture One reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are Recommended Retail prices and orders are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
PAYMENT:
Payment is processed securely online at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as displayed during checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY:
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched. A processing fee might be applied at our discretion. Our products have guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled for
a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product or if it's not of acceptable quality. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund if you change your mind.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Furniture One reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order and provide a full refund.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS:
Returns & exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been used or altered in any way and is in original packaging. The products must also have all original tags attached. To return merchandise, please contact us at furniture@furnutureone.com.au and we will arrange collection or provide return instructions.
