Delivery and Store Pick up

FOR CUSTOMERS WITHIN OUR NSW DELIVERY AREA: Once you have completed your online purchase, our support office will contact you to advise delivery dates and arrange delivery directly to your address.

FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OUR NSW DELIVERY AREA: Your enquiry will be forwarded to your nearest Furniture One store who will contact you to process your order and arrange either delivery or store pick up according to their local service options.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:

In Stock products are stored in our central warehouse in Sydney and will be dispatched directly to customers within our NSW delivery area, or to the nominated store's transport company for customers outside our delivery area.

  • For NSW delivery area customers: Items typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery
  • For customers outside our delivery area: Items could take up to 30 days to arrive at your nominated store, with additional time for local delivery arrangements

Pre-Order products will need to be placed on order with the supplier and could take up to 8-10 weeks to supply. Products such as mattresses and stock held by suppliers could arrive more quickly.

  • For NSW delivery area customers: Our support office will contact you to confirm expected delivery dates
  • For customers outside our delivery area: Your nominated store will contact you to confirm expected delivery dates

Delivery dates quoted are given in good faith, Furniture One is not responsible for delays by transport companies or suppliers.

DELIVERY OPTION (NSW Delivery Area Only) Once a delivery date has been scheduled, please ensure someone is available to receive your order at your designated delivery address as charges for every re-delivery attempt may occur.

STORE PICK UP OPTION (Outside NSW Delivery Area Only) Your selected store will contact you when your order is ready to be picked up and will arrange a suitable time for you to come and collect your order.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage and must notify us immediately:

  • For customers outside our delivery area: Contact your nominated store directly by email or phone

Furniture One reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty and will work with the customer to rectify the problem or possibly replace the product.
